Connie accompanies her buyers to the loan signing to review the loan documents. She is present at the signing to help if there are any questions, or errors on the loan documents.She is available for sellers when the sellers fill out their paperwork. Connie goes through the contracts that with both sellers and buyers, so that they thoroughly understand what they are signing.

Spitzer hires a professional marketing company, Raindrop Marketing, to provide top quality advertising and photos for their flyers, display ads, email marketing, and internet campaigns.She also provides a complimentary CMA (comparative market analysis). This will show homes for sale in your neighborhood, homes that are pending (under contract), and homes that have sold. From this information, Connie will help you determine a price range for your home.

After listing, Connie will suggest low cost improvements that could net a higher sales price, including ideas to stage your home (removing and rearranging pieces of furniture). Once the marketing is complete and your home is on the multiple listing service, she screens all calls for appointments to see your home buyers or agents who will be accompanying buyers. You will be notified Connie of any showings.

When you receive an offer, Connie will review it with you in detail, and provide a net sheet showing profit and costs. Connie is an experienced negotiator, and a good person to have on your side. She has extensive experience in working out issues, and has the expertise to close transactions.
